At Ziina, we keep it simple with no setup fees, or hidden charges. Enjoy fair pay-as-you-go pricing. All fees shown below are subject to a standard 5% Value Added Tax (VAT). This VAT is applied to the fee, not to the entire volume of the transaction.

You agree to pay the applicable fees disclosed to you when you create your Ziina personal Account or Ziina business Account. All balances and all fees, charges, and payments collected or paid through Ziina Services are denominated in UAE dirhams (AED).
Please note that Ziina will not be responsible for any fees, charges, taxes, or levies imposed by third parties. Customers will be responsible for being aware of and discharging all such fees, charges, taxes, and levies.
When accepting payments at a different currency, the exchange rate applied between currencies may not be the same as the market rate. This will be calculated based on reference rates obtained by Ziina from reasonable third party sources. Please refer to the Terms & Conditions page for more details
